      Pros

      Good Work Culture. Excellent Work Life Balance. Employees can feel secured on this Job. I started my career at Ford and have always enjoyed the journey through out. Good Pay scale for a fresher and pay rise is assured but very slow paced. Best Company for Women Employees.

      Cons

      Employee Benefits slowly being cut off due to increasing strength. Top Heavy Management structure opportunities for fast career growth depends on your manager not your performance. Be prepared to handle politics both from vendors & Ford. Onsite Opportunities are very rare. Not the right place to start a career if you are expecting aggressive career growth choose if you want to settle in your life not expecting anything.

      Pros

      Good work life balance. Pay scale seems ok. no stress and tension free works. one who wishes for slow and steady life can be part of ford for long time.direct contact with senior management. they stick process and policies return.

      Cons

      No onsite for ford employees but providing onsite to vendors before very own eyes of employee who waits for an onsite opportunity this makes their own employee feel bad. can be many reasons why they do so but this can be changed if management wishes so employees will be happy since they got an opportunity.

      1. Competitive salary package 2. Chance to dedicate 20% of your time in learning & training 3. Good respect & employee benefits (Cab facilities, Sudexo card, CCD machines, New laptop, Social/Cultural activities) 4. Trust on employees 5. Great work life balance (weekly once Work from home option), leave plan structure

      1. No onsite opportunity 2. No fund for team building activities, No outings 3. People stick with lethargic work culture 4. Parking car at Chennai facility a daily issue (No slots for Ford employees)

      Great brand name, which will help you in future for sure. Great work life balance, Cultural diversification. Good pay perks.

      Cons

      But despite that the quality of work being done here is very poor. Employee engagement is zero specially for Engineering services. No onsite opportunity for permanent employees.

      1.ONE FORD Strategy 2.Good Leadership team 3.Transparency in communication – ex AHM meeting 4.Diversity 5.Skip level meetings with senior managers

      Cons

      1.Unequal pays (however your performance is good compared to others)- Will get lesser than your peers even though you are much qualified. Experienced or delivered 2.Lack of R&R to team. 3.Hiring errors – Giving offers, if you’re referred by family of the employees or agency worker conversion 4.Leadership Promotion errors – preference given to Agency to employee conversation, then referrals, or direct interviews from external but they don’t consider internal talent or qualifications / experiences 5.Unfair – Onsite Opportunities… Only few will get, if the leadership likes or not business need.. 6.Creating People liabilities in the name of people oriented company; some of the people who don’t have basic PM skills are working as PMs for PLs who are PMP certified and more knowledge than existing PMs. 7.There are lot of good leadership teams but few are setting wrong examples, the young leadership team who have been promoted from 2011 year doesn’t have basic experience or know of project management does not know the difference b/n 'project' and 'operation' and doesnot have leadership skills, they are running a team and currently sufferers. 8.Due to No bench policy – Some hires of PMs/PLs causing impact to organization and teamwork. 9.No Transparency in terms of hiring or promoting ppl to leadership levels. Some Leadership or PM hiring are going external without considering internal talent pools. (or converting agency employee)
