      Pros

      Great Benefits, 401K, Christmas Party every year, health insurance, monthly employee meetings breakfast included :), education benefits.

      Cons

      Poor development program , if you want to get promoted , it’s all up to you to work your way up. When you are promoted, you’re still all by your own . There is no program to develop their leaders and create a reach leadership environment. I would say there is not much to learn from the other “managers” - not leaders, no leadership- I believe they mostly are self developed and learned to figure out their way and survive. I know people with the least ability have been around for over 30 years with the company and it’s only because they know how to put a show out there.

      Team is really good. That’s about it

      Cons

      You either get minimum wage or commission. But you do so much paperwork. Most employees work 7days a week, and not get paid. Office admins look down to sales people.

      Pros

      Great pay, uniforms, dry cleaning, amazing benefits, some great people.

      Cons

      HR protects management and doesn’t fix any issues. Management only looks out for themselves, doesn’t actually care about you or your well being. Uniforms are cheap and ugly, you look like you work for a bank. Most of the management has no idea what they are doing. Promoting within for people who aren’t ready, and lack skills to manage. You’ll get yelled at a lot. The pay isn’t worth the lack of respect.

      Poor Leadership and it starts at the top

      Great benefits. Pension Plan. Met some great mentors and colleagues that took me under their wing. They invest in their management team. Leadership training was very informative and helpful for my growth.

      Cons

      7 years of loyalty. Put my blood sweat and tears and went from being an exemplary employee to “a problem employee” all because of change of management, poor leadership, politics and obvious favoritism . She took a great team and demoralized them. Condescending, bullying, rude, toxic, manipulative and unprofessional. She came to clean house to have Cypress Park be run by her minions. Very disheartening, the morale of the entire park went down. HR did nothing about the complaints that almost everyone at the location had filed a complaint against her. It all starts at the top, the unprofessional behavior of the CEO who showed zero compassion when I went to him for coaching and to report the issues happening at his park. They all have covered up years of sexual harassment by their Senior VP. I would not recommend working here unless you’re willing to play politics and be part of the good ole boys club. You will never go anywhere if you are a kind, compassionate and a dedicated individual.

      Pros

      Everyone was welcoming from day 1. Starting pay was more generous than competitors' and if you stay away from common workplace drama (it's easy to find at ANY workplace tbh) you'll move up.

      Cons

      Working with grieving family members can be difficult if you aren't experienced to the sensitive nature. Empathy is an important characteristic to have if you want to work in this industry.
