Great people work with this company. I've made a lot of life-long friendships with the employees.
Cons
Corporate does not care about you. They will take forever to improve your wage when you get a promotion and training is typically very rushed (if any.) District managers will never treat you well no matter how sales are. They will refuse to be transparent about store closures until you have to prepare for the closing sale. They constantly cut hours and you will always be understaffed.

allows freedom to work how you see fit as long as you follow the company's guidelines. great people to work with. pays decently.
Cons
there is no consistency in any plans or follow through. training as a company is non existent. over loads work onto the full timers. too many chiefs in the corporate aspect and since the isn't a basic foundation of company standards every corporate visit is exhausting. imagine constantly changing things over and over based on the current person visiting rather then the company's needs.
