Definitely I'm having that gratitude and respectful thoughts for my organization that has given me tremendous learning and upskilling opportunity. NO doubt about it. But One thing I wanted to bring in this platform is that this GBS setup is really a Good platform to learn and grow but also is a big failure is that there is no proper assesment of capabilities and also leadership/management with their biased decisions and false promises for the career progression. No proper recognition. Even the HR policy is biased and unfair Career progression planning which definitely is unacceptable. Please bring in some morale at the work and make keep up the words.

Poor, Biased, unethical and Unfair practices in terms of Career progression which defintely demotivates and discourages efficient and enthusiast empliloyees. Please stop fasle promises and escapism statements. I would request the CEO and the HR head to please look into this unfair decisions and take immediate action to protect the interest of honest employees who trusted the Organization And their leadership. Please don't play with Career of honest employees.
