    Nothing at all to be proud of

    Corruption runs rampant, power is abused

    Do better as a whole most are dirty and shouldn’t deserve their position

    I worked at Foster Farms full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    they Give you Good hours, reliable schedules, and pay that is slightly more than minimum wage. You also get a chance to earn overtime

    Cons

    They treat their workers like slaves, it smells disgusting, they cut back hours so you lose any over time! They do things like extending lunch by a half hour, or sending you home early, especially around the holidays

    Be NICE

    I worked at Foster Farms for more than a year

    Pros

    you get some money working here, other than that no real pros

    Cons

    almost everything, it's a dead end job. You wont get any actual experience out of it, The pay is crap and there is more drama working here that in an Mexican Telenovela.

    talk to the workers and replace all leads .

    Pros

    great friendly people, great pay rate and they did random lunch box checks to make sure everyone is following the code

    Cons

    Every time i would start learning one thing they would move me to something else and this happened nightly for three months straight

    Advice to Management

    Let me have my job
