      -Very friendly culture -Expect autonomy, give autonomy - freedom to work -Environment is fun to be in and around, warehouse with robots -Company is maturing with more and more people getting hired -Lots of work, wearing lots of hats, making it happen -I feel transparency, from CEO in All-Hands, down to peers and co-workers -Business model looks ideal for future upon proper execution
