Working environment is good. Extracurricular activities/opportunities (not relevant to the job and field) are ample. They have employee engagement activities.
Cons
Pay is bad. Leave system also needs review. The hours are 8.30 to 5.30 but 3 -4 months in a year, they are simply extended to 7.30 pm. You cant even take work home.
