If you are deployed with good project then you have opportunity to learn else you will regret joining company and will work on very very old tech stack that no-one is using and will ruin your profile

Management is very poor. You can't even raise your voice for anything. Also they will treat you like anything during notice period and will not even consider as employee. Join only if you want to get into politics. Nothing much for personal development.
