I worked at Frazer-Nash Consultancy full-time for less than a year
Pros
Friendly. Allow placement students to receive training. Allow secondment to other teams within the company. Technically challenging. Great range of work.
Cons
Did not have a proper year in industry scheme to allow all placement students to get in contact with one another.

RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEOI have been working at Frazer-Nash Consultancy full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
- People look after each other with minimal politics. - Good progression opportunities - Diversity of work is great - Handled covid well - In the last year a real sense of “putting the people first” driven by a new HR director
Cons
- Although there is work to change this diversity continues to be a challenge in all senses. - The grading structure is too standardised across a very diverse skill set and in my view very outdated - tends to only suit your traditional engineering roles.
