    Pros

    Informal work environment. Nice office aesthetics.

    Cons

    Pathetic top management.
    No clear direction
    Organisation works at the whims and fancies of CEO. All the good leaders have left
    High levels of attrition.

    Advice to Management

    Should be a wake up call after snapdeal fiasco. Learn to accommodate people with independent mindset.

    - On-time salary
    - Moved into a better office recently

    Cons

    - Mediocre colleagues
    - Bias for pedigree (IITians are promoted/given big raise over others)
    - Poor engineering (Throws people at problems)
    - Very limited parking space

    Advice to Management

    Don't hire like crazy, don't throw people at problems. Get good engineering leaders instead of trying to please Ex-Flipkart and Ex-Amazon employees.

    Hike and all are just for namesake. Nothing great.

    Very lousy leadership. No clear vision or consensus on anything. A lot of favoritism. Mediocre engineering team. Poor communication.
