Amazing culture, also we help consumers get out of debt and into a better financial situation in their life. This takes a process, and sometimes up to 5 years to happen; but at the end our customers are happy and out of debt and in a better position financially.

None, just a growing evolving company

Doesn't RecommendPositive OutlookApproves of CEOI have been working at Freedom Financial Network full-time for more than 5 years
Pros
The founders seem to care about the company, the benefits are pretty good too. There are work from home options right now due to the pandemic.
Cons
Management is lacking. I've seen a lot of other reviews and I agree that the Management style here is reactive not proactive. The company would save a lot of money by cutting some of these Managers loose and having the remaining ones run their areas less wastefully. This is sad because the company is doing well but could probably be way farther ahead if these things were addressed.

Pros
Laid back environment (if that's what you're looking for). Interesting technologies used on newer projects.
Cons
My comments only apply to the FDR branch: Lots of legacy applications. Quarterly bonus was always given a couple quarters late. Some architects were incompetent. Career path was nonexistent. FDR Leadership was at times frustrating. You're clearly treated differently if you're based in Arizona.
