Pros

Great team to work with. The management team and HR department are good to work with. They want me to grow in my career and help with tuition assistance. They have several employee communications and also pay on the spot and recular bonuses. I really enjoy working there.

Cons

The only downside would be needing some type of benefit for childcare, such as a stipend or other to use for putting your kids in daycare.
