I worked at Fresh Green Light for more than a year

Develop critical office skills by dealing with real issues and navigating solutions. Genuine staff, determined to see the success of the company

    Cons

None that immediately come to mind. The only potential downside is handling the dramatic and difficult parents

I worked at Fresh Green Light part-time for more than a year

    Pros

None Don't get taken advantage of like I did

    Cons

People who work here don't know any better and don't see that they are being taken advantage of. The owners are making tonnes of money and will never offer you a bonus. I worked there for two years and never got any extra bonus. Even nothing at Christmas. I worked above and beyond. Customer posted great reviews of my dedication of Google Reviews and the company's Facebook page. All I got was a prompt email saying "thanks". A phone call or a monetary bonus would be more professional It will be the first Work Holiday Party where you are told to bring your own food. There are only 20 employees. The owners have a house in CT and an apartment in Manhattan. How degrading can you be to your employees to ask them to bring their own food to a work holiday party, and at the owners' own house. You will be asked to bring the driver ed cars to the car wash, to get them washed on your own time. I was asked to come in before my shift started to bring my car to get cleaned. Unpaid. When I asked to get paid for my time, I was promptly denied. They expect you to get the cars cleaned on your time The site manager in Westport had the audacity to ask me to come in early or I asked about compensation to do this and I was denied. You will have no future at this company. No opportunities for advancement
