Pros
*Work environment *Flexible work nature if you have a good team lead/manager. *Unlimited food, snacks, beverages and cab facility.
Cons
No scope to learn much if you are into support. They just offer mere product support and all the tools used will be of their company's product so when you come out of the company you will have nothing to put in your resume. Work load will be higher gor certain products and the company has become more into customer centric now-a-days. Previously it was both employee centric and customer centric. They just run behind the metrics and the amount of surveys you recieve. Recent process changes for customer facing roles has given a feeling of a call centre job as you will be expected to join call with customer for anything and everything. No freedom to write emails free styles, you just have to follow their own template. There will be audits done on the tickets which is another headache.

Pros
Amazing work culture and work-life balance. The company has a strong vision that they are moving towards. They are backing it up with strong reliable products which are paced with the developments happening in their industry and market in general. Great leadership. Pays above market standards. Also depends on your role and the experience level you have. Decent career growth opportunities. Performance based.
Cons
The only Con is that one has to move down to Chennai in order to ensure visibility and long-term growth. Lack of flexibility in terms of location but it strongly depends upon the team and their managers also.

Pros
CEO. His passion, vision and love for the company is unmatched. Great products. Amazing co workers You will find lot of passionate people Company is growing
Cons
Do not even dare to join pre sales apmea or any role in this region. Leaders are extremely toxic, dangerous. Number of people leaving presales org is a testimony. Extremely political, her rapport with management is good and manages optics well so anything you say falls in deaf ears. She has opinion on every business but half baked knowledge and this creates a rift which affects her own teams ability to collaborate. Beware. Company is great but the new set of leaders are autocratic and behaves as if they own the company. Even the best of best performers are let go, and your role can be changed or downgraded any day even if you are in the top 1% in performance. Salaries are low compared to competition. You wont feel safe. A review from someone who loves the company and was easily one of their best performers.

where do I start? all negative reviews are true without a doubt. from politics, favoritism, cheap managers, to getting away with all sorts of harassment, this is not the place you should be walking into, especially if you're a woman

Pros
There are better companies than this. . nothing as such
Cons
At Freshworks, cultural diversity seems to be primarily focused in Chennai, where they celebrate Madras Day. However, it's important to note that they may not be fully aware that Kannada Rajyotsava holds significant pride among Bangaloreans in the vicinity of Bengaluru. The company's recruitment pattern appears to lean towards a biased approach, with fewer opportunities for hiring Bangaloreans, thus perpetuating this imbalance. This leads to a lack of recognition for those outside of Chennai. For instance, a highly skilled candidate I personally recommended underwent an extensive and rigorous interview process spanning three consecutive weeks, only to be declined by the recruiter without any substantive feedback. It's crucial for fair treatment to be extended to all individuals, irrespective of their location.
