Fusion has been a wonderful company starting out. Several things worth pointing out are within the overall atmosphere. Since Fusion is a growing business, it allows the management team to easily help everyone get acquainted with the overall job feel. My fellow team members have been wonderful in helping me get set up in my development areas. Fusion does fun and interesting things such as Friday activities and a town-hall meet once a month. The hiring process is wonderful and easily streamlined. All expectations were made clear throughout the entire process. I look forward to making a full career at Fusion by achieving the expectations placed in front of me.

I have been working over here for last 14 years and there are a lot of reasons that I can share, the company's ethics, environment, easy reach to MGMT, growth etc. But the most important thing is the freedom to add creativity which gave me a chance to give contributions that attributed to my growth and eventually the company's growth.
