      Future focus infotech is best company .There is a lot of benifits i will get in this company.They provide salaries on time.working culture is good.They were giving full respect to their employees

      Pros

      Currently I am working as a Java Developer.I am having one of the most satisfying experience till date from HRs. They are really very helping and good people. In one line, they are super chilled person... :)

      Cons

      In their HR policy there should be an option for reimburse medicine expenses. Because most of the times we are not getting hospitalized for 24 Hrs. Otherwise no Cons I had to experience till date.

      I have worked with FFI Bhubaneswar more than one and got absorbed by one of their prominent MNC company. During my tenure I found focus team very dedicative and supportive in nature. I always get quick response as well as solution for my problem from the FFI HR team. I would like to suggest the job seeker to never lose the opportunity if you ever get from FFI.

      Not required as the team really performing good.
