    I worked at FutureBridge

    Pros

Used to be many pros but cant think of any now. Yes you will build a habit of sticking to chair for 8 hours for 100% time in business irrespective you hv work or not

    Cons

On the name of Utilization ppl hv to slog for min 8 hrs on screen per some softwares tracking on system. Irrespective of you have late client calls or not you have to be in office 12 - 9 pm. Give appraisals and than add few deductions without intimations. Performance based incentives not disbursed on time and its not mentioned on your offer letter as well. You cannot interact with cross teams and exchange learnings.

    Pros

Sorry couldnt find a single one

    Cons

Workload unmatchable Micromanagement to the core ... they have come up with an idea of time in business... And the report is full of mistake ... the maker lacks the knowledge of simple mathematics (addition or subtraction) and if you complain you will see in a min they will reduce the working hour even just to met their calculation... N then they judge you on such reports.... No good projects They will throw their old employee and then hire someone without any knowledge of the Industry and then will make you work under them. Trust me its pathetic

    Pros

Pros changed to Cons by management. Management wants 9 people together deliver a baby in a month without mating.

    Cons

    * No basic facilities including coffee or tea * Flexible timing changed to fixed overtime * Management say digitalization without knowing it's meaning * Extreme micromanagement of the system every minute. * Bias in mid management level * 200+ employees left the company since April 2019 and no new employee * New employees serve for a max. Period of 3 to 6 months * Four teams got dissolved in the past 6 months * Never listen to HR calls as they recruit for some specific domain but place you in another team where you don't even have knowledge. Reason being no employee joining the company especially knowing the level and behaviour of managers of those teams. * Only 3 -4 domains exist now: Healthcare, Automotive & Industrial, Chemical, and energy. So, think for which domain the vacancy is for

I have been working at FutureBridge full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

People here can experience the worst work-life balance, which will enable them to value whatever the future holds.

    Cons

The following list is an unbiased and honest perspective based on my observations from my stay at Cheers Interactive (aka FutureBridge). I hope individuals appearing for interviews make an informed decision. 1. The HR team is non-existent for all practical purposes! The standard reply to any query is we will get back to you, which they never do. Most emails are left unanswered. Those lot are a clueless bunch. 2. The company blatantly lies about the take-home salary in the CTC Structure during joining. Actual take-home salary which is promised in the joining letter is never paid, and one is always talking to a wall when asking the company about it. There is no clarity on when it will be paid out nor does any of the concerned personnel even acknowledge one's queries. It has been almost six months since the company has started deducting the "Other Allowances" (part of take-home salary), which means if someone worked at Cheers during the period, they lost on a minimum of 20% percent of their take-home salary! This is criminal injustice on the part of the company. If this does not account for fraud, I seriously do not know what does. 3. The probation policy is ridiculous, designed only to deny paid leaves to employees for as long as possible. While one understands conducting a probation assessment for freshers, forcing experienced individuals to take these ridiculously tough assessments is downright insulting. Even though one clears the assessment in the first attempt, most often they are not confirmed until after the probation period of six months. One fails to understand the logic in that considering the questionable quality of some of the incumbent analysts, managers, and others.

I have been working at FutureBridge full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Cheers Interactive used to be one of the trend setter in market research industry offering excellent global services. However, now due to greed of management of the company, it is not paying its employees even proper salary.

    Cons

For the last two months, they have been deducting our Salary. CEO does not seems to care. They have told employees either to be happy with the reduced salaries or leave.
