- Excellent and work culture and open-minded people - Transparency - everyone has an idea of what's going on within the company and can approach anyone from CEO to any team Managers. - Even a small achievement is appreciated by everyone - Good compensation with added employee benefits (Food reimbursement, wellness reimbursements) - Flexible timings
Cons
Due to this pandemic, the company has gone fully remote which has its own ups and downs. However, to make it easier for employees, the company offers home office setup cost, internet bill reimbursement, wellness and mental health care facilities.

Pros
- Great Work Culture - The Founding team is obsessed about employee & customer experience - Lots of knowledge sharing - you get to know what is happening in product, design, sales, engineering and all other functions as everyone shares updates. Also if you have ideas and feedback it is always taken in a supportive manner - Fun activities are happening frequently and anyone & everyone is open to being trolled. Insider Tip - Never leave your laptop unlocked - Everyone is courteous and respectful. A lot of things are based on trust, that's why any form of harassment or dishonesty is a strict No-No - There is a lot of transparency with weekly updates, all-hands so that everyone knows what is happening in the co. and other functions - A lot more focus is on solving problems rather than finding fault or blame with people for it. - There is also a process of preparing a design doc. for any new feature or idea which forces you to think well and get feedback from others before simply running into action - There is a lot one can get to do & learn if one takes initiative
Cons
Since it's grown at a really fast pace, you may not know everyone well, but then that becomes a shortcoming of any org. that crosses 15-20 people. As a startup, it is growing and evolving, so you need to be flexible. If you want things to be well structured and stick to your job description to the T always, it may not be the best suited place for you.

I decided to join Fyle the moment I laid eyes on the way they described the work and their work culture. I saw a promising work culture, filled with energy and enthusiam. Being an intern and a noob to expense management software, I had so many doubts which I thought would make me look silly, but no! No doubts are silly here. You don't need to be a jack of all traits as Fyle believes that learning is a process and it takes time to master the same. The whole team is inspiring and my god! They are always smiling! The meetings, weekly sync up's and one on one's never failed to surprise me as it's always been insightful both professionally and personally. It's been three weeks now and god, do I love this company! So many exclamations!! So glad to be a part of Fyle. P.S: I am unapologetically human here! Always curious, always learning :)
Cons
Who am I kidding? No con's at all. Ignore this field please.

Pros
- Learning Experience: you have responsibility, room to grow, ability to learn new things and the freedom to make mistakes. - Awesome People: everyone at Fyle is super cool, humble and caring. You can literally go to anyone and ask for help. - Culture: I find Siva and Yash(founders) the major driving force behind the making of work culture and experience at Fyle lively, honest, safe and enjoyable. - Free lunch and snacks: yayy, another exciting perk of being at Fyle! - Flexibility: you can work anytime, anywhere as per your comfort. For me, one of the best and most important part of the experience at Fyle has been my mentor, Rohan. He's guided and helped me at every step and been very considerate. I had the opportunity to handle diverse responsibilities and work on various parts of this awesome product- Fyle.
Cons
As soon as you start working from home, you start missing the workplace fun and people. Fyle becomes a fun part of life really fast.

A wonderful working opportunity
19 Sep 2019 - Member Of Technical Staff in BangaloreRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
- One of the many who joined as an intern and continued to work full time. - Internships are of great value - can go through the complete experience right from the specs of a feature, developing it to testing it live on the product. - The entire team as such is young and talented - so many to work with and learn from. - Challenging tasks - contributing to such a customer centric product develops great levels of ownership and satisfaction in our work. - Amazing work culture and flexible timings - just need to get work done. - Everyone open about and happy to answer the what, why and how questions on the journey of the company so far.
Cons
Nothing to mention as a con

There are endless awesome things at Fyle, you get a chance to learn and work on stuff that interests you. you can take complete ownership of the feature you are going to work on. Management and senior folks have created a great work culture. Other awesome things at Fyle are a flat hierarchy, unlimited WFH, a variety of tech stack to work and great support. Monthly meetings at Fyle stand as an example of openness from Management.
