Pros
1. Experiment with new tech and so opportunity to learn latest tech. 2. Higher salary package
Cons
1. Worst management (project, team, company, policies, any thing that include management is poor) 2. Worst performance review system, no one check work or other initiatives. If your project is not a success, new tech didn't prove potential or the client close the project you will not get salary increment. 3. As your work is not evaluated, the only person who decide your increment is your Reporting Manager. And due to team sizes it is very much possible they did not remember your 1-2 year contribution and only recent months. 4. Toxic work environment, they hire and fire like you are no one or have no family or other responsibility. 5. Even the Founder of the company is so moody, he will execute anything without a second thought. 6. Although it's not everyday but many females have left due to bad behaviour of old and senior employees and no action taken by management or founders. Only a few case I heard where action was taken where the employees were not on a higher position. 6. Fine policies, upper management will apply fine from 1000 and upto 1 lakh rupees when you are not completing work on time or if production bugs are not resolved on time.

Join the company to understand the importance of a company's culture
15 May 2023 - Manager in MumbaiRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
I have worked here for around a year and frankly can't comment on one good point. Compensation - May be (but then cost of living in Mumbai also needs to be taken care of)
Cons
Frequent policy changes. Aggressive CEO. All Nighters is entertained like anything. Old folks doesn't respect the new joiners. Too much arrogance. (This is not just for one or two folks, but most of the senior guys with one or two exceptions may be). There are 2 set of rules - one for those who are old in the company and have their brother, sister, husband, wife, girlfriend, boyfriend in the company and another set of rules for the new joiners You need to be Loud to grab attention. After working at FYND, I definitely understood the value of an organisation's culture.

It's not a review, it may as well be a warning call for you to save your career and work life
31 May 2023 - Anonymous EmployeeRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
None, absolutely none. Only cons is what this hell of a company has to offer you. Don't trust the good reviews you see, they are given by their Fynd academy students who get hired to spoil their lives. Mostly, those reviews are begged to be given by the management only. I wish I could give negative rating to this fake organisation.
Cons
1. Spoil your life. 2. PIP and toxic culture. 3. No professionalism 4. They say that they give appraisal and hike twice a year but you will get into PIP twice a year. 5. After a year of hard work, you'll get to hear that first 10 months what you did leave it. these 2 months I don't see anything, manager will say you this.

Fynd Academy - Great platform to launch your career!
29 Mar 2023 - Graduate Software EngineerRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
I'm incredibly grateful for the opportunity to work at this company after completing a course at Fynd Academy. The training provided by Fynd Academy was excellent, and it gave me a strong foundation in the skills required for my job. However, what really sets this company apart is the exceptional mentorship provided by Ninad Sail during the training program. Ninad has been a mentor to me since I joined the Fynd Academy, and he has been instrumental in helping me grow my career. He is always available to provide guidance, answer questions, and provide feedback. His leadership style is collaborative and supportive, and he encourages everyone to learn and grow. Coming to company's culture which is fantastic, with a strong emphasis on work-life balance, a collaborative team environment, and ample opportunities for learning and growth. The projects I've worked on have been challenging and rewarding, and I've had the opportunity to work with a talented team of individuals who are passionate about what they do. Overall, I highly recommend this company to any fresher looking for exceptional mentorship and leadership. Fynd Academy provided me with the necessary skills and knowledge, and this company has given me the platform to apply those skills while working alongside talented colleagues. I'm grateful for Ninad's mentorship and entire Fynd Academy team efforts which has been instrumental in my success thus far.

Toxic Work Environment with Poor Management
22 May 2023 - Software Developer Engineer in NoidaRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
1. Good compensation as per market standards. 2. Great peers to learn a lot from them. 3. Good perks like mac, food, metro allowance and work week.
Cons
1. WORST management. 2. Reverted every policy what was mentioned in offer letter, which was their attraction point. 3. Laying Off people in the name of PIP to save on severance package. They will force you to resign and will ask for your joining bonus back. Mental torture at its peak that you can never ever dream of. 4. HR team is very rude while handling the performance review system. 5. No work life balance and extra working hours are not appreciated too.
