Pros
A very inclusive environment with a lot of opportunities for growth. Great benefits - free trip a year, vacation time starts at 4 weeks a year, dental, medical, etc. Great company culture If you put hard work in, you can have growth opportunities and be able to share your voice.
Cons
Doesn't pay as well as some other companies. As all companies go, they tend to choose their favourites and focus on their growth and so doesn't always seek equal.

Pros
The atmosphere at the office is great since there is a strong company culture and lots of great likeminded people. Nice perks like travel opportunities and events. Freedom in the role to do as you see fit. International colleagues to work with, learn from and ask for advice.
Cons
The salary is not great. You are expected to work very hard since the expectation is to go above and beyond.
