I worked at G2 Travel full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Nice colleagues to work with.

    Cons

Very poor training and support from the management. Be prepared to work lots of overtime hours that you don't get paid for. The worst job I have ever had.

    Advice to Management

Having your employees working so many hours of overtime without getting pay for it, it is an ancient attitude. We are in the 21st century. You might get to keep them if you change this.

I worked at G2 Travel full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    - it is a good place for young people to gather experience
    - it is almost guaranteed that you will have a average salary

    Cons

    - You are unable to get a holiday leave when you want to, you are at the mercy of your manager/supervisor.
    - HR makes a lot of mistakes, but you are unable to complain about them since they appear to have the ultimate power in the company. Ironically, this is the weakest department in terms of skills.

    Advice to Management

You should provide a better work-life balance. It is very hard to take a holiday leave when you want to and that is unacceptable. People work in order to live, not live only for work.

I worked at G2 Travel full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The general atmosphere in the office caused by the young age of all the colleagues. We were all young and happy that we could earn some money and follow higher education in the same time.

    Cons

Management. From top to bottom they don't have any idea what they are doing, what needs to be done and how it needs to be done. All they know is that this or that needs to be handled right now and no one cares about the well being of the actual employee.

    Advice to Management

Change it completely. Maybe restructure the entire company if necessary. What was happening between 2013 & 2015 was pathetic.
