    Pros

Game is a good company, and will be good once it has stopped being greedy and realised the staff in head office did their best to pull its head out of the toilet.

    Cons

Great name to work for sadly fails in job satisfaction, incorrect wages paid, reviews rubbish , 2 days training then thrown in at the deep end, shouted at for not reaching stats under pressure, ridiculous holiday booking system not allowing a day or two and insisting a week at a time, no respect, no honor,no love between departments leading to very chaotic and extremely broken head office staff. Training should be done and offered to all, There needs to be empathy between departments instead of war and the pay is almost the lowest the south of England have for this kind of work doing shifts. Extremely high rate of staff turnover in customer services.
