    Identify team challenges and prove yourself in solving the problem, then your growth path will be smoother.

    Long time reporting to one manager stagnates the growth since once an impression is set in beginning it remains there and effects annual reviews repetitively.

    Limited innovation
    Big company in its domain
    Earlier job rotation was easy

    Salary hike after 2-3 years only

    No work life balance
    No human values
    Favouritisam exists every stage
    Bad culture - use people like dormats
    No job security
    No laid down rules on work process
    No right to speak
    Fake story telling is considered as art
    People do not appreciate honest feedback
    Front end team work like postmans
    Leaders are biased towards their direct reports and do not look at things from wholistic point of view

    2. Food is provided within campus
    3. Good pay

    1. No work life balance at all
    2. Completely startup culture - too pressurising
    3. They say they follow scrum but no process in place.
    4. Expectation to work long hours and over the weedends

    Employee should be given breathing space.

    great benefits , large company with numerous opportunities if you are one of the chosen ones.

    worked for O&G in MENAT, Environment very political and promotion and job security very much dependent on relationship with leadership and how they benefit from you. talent and experience is out of the window when layoff time looms.

    Exposure to single product line making expertise narrow.
    Difficult to grow in MENAT due to nepotism.

    Dont just be bothered about numbers and margins. Look into what's going on in your team. Nepotism eats away the core of business, and you will realize it when its too late.
