1. The constant change in the company over the past 3-5 years is exhausting. But we recognize that the nature of our world today is largely unpredictable. 2. Working in a matrixed environment sometimes generates several layers that hinder the speed of getting things done.

1. they will ask you to work with multiple hats and salary will be way less. 2. No chances of promotion for long term. 3. US and UK teams / people will be very rude and they will not align with your timings. 4. There is a platform architect in the commercial team - that architect will not understand your problem and will be very rude.

The health insurance policy is good. Flexible work hours ( so-called) and cross-functioning work.

Cons

Lots of micromanagement, and because of this reason sometimes it is difficult to understand whether the time is flexible or not. Less self-development, work available only to fill manpower. All ethics are available on paper. HR is not responsive at all.

Behavior of seniors are vey bad , they will put all pressure on subordinates only, No body will help , top management gives unrealistic target. Middle level management has been working at same level for 15 to 20 years and created an atmosphere like villain, i worked here apporx 14 years

per day working hours are 14 to 15 and Saturday -Sunday working is normal due to high pressure
