Pros
Training prepared me pretty well to do the job
Cons
Unhealthy work life balance and could be paid better for the workload

Pros
Decent pay, long training program
Cons
This is the worst job I have ever had. Metrics were impossible to meet, you are expected to be a robot all day long with never ending calls . Hardly any work life balance .I would never want to work at a company like this ever again.
