Good work environment older employees don't want to leave because they don't know whether they will get into a company like this or not or maybe they have low self-confidence.
Cons
No growth no one will ask you to work and you will not get any new skills you will just get a monthly salary and lose your skills.

Long working hours, politics, If you're good and capable person then you'll be targeted by the people who are on top designations, They will bother you in planned manner, There is one BDM who drinks and call employees to abuse and when you resist his behavior then he plans to make you leave the job.
