The work schedule is fairly flexible and the office environment is casual. There wasn't too much micro-management on most projects.
Cons
The pay is a bit low, and there aren't a lot of opportunities for advancement. Also, the hierarchy of employees tends to make people cliquey.

Cons
Low pay Only cash bonuses for software development. Don't expect recurring bonuses for saving the company thousands per month. Sales-driven company. Software engineering takes a back-seat. Very little documentation in the code-base. Expect to spend a lot of time trying to figure out why something is the way it is, only to realize it was never right in the first place.
