      Pros

The career trajectory has been phenomenal. It's certainly an entrepreneurial environment, and although you have a lot of training, support, and coaching, I think those that get the most from the platform are those that can think for themselves, have a strong business acumen, and ultimately can take calculated risks. GQR 5 years ago, when I started, and GQR now are completely different. Neither was better or worse, but I have never seen such a forward thinking business who adapt so proactively to the changing market conditions. Acquiring AI tech to enhance our offering to clients, allowing remote working employees, and realigning divisions to allow for even more collaboration are just some of the things the business have done.

      Cons

Personally, with the job being a high intensity type role, you want to see return on your investment. You certainly work hard, and invest a lot of effort into the job, so you want to get paid for it. One of the best things about GQR is the earning potential, but one of the cons is that because there are so many high earners in the business now, it is sometimes hard to appreciate what you are achieving. I get frustrated when I have others in my team beating me performance wise, and want to push myself to the top, so cannot take a step back and reflect on what I have actually achieved. Yes I may be second or third in my team in performance, but I would still be the top biller at most of our competitors, and probably worshiped by leadership there. Surrounding yourself by high performers is beneficial to you and your own expectations, however sometimes you can lose sight of just how well you are doing. Make sure you always take a step back and reflect on this, otherwise you will never be satisfied.

      Pros

-High percentage commission and uncapped. -Company sponsored events & trips -Great company culture, diversity, staff that are a breath of fresh air -Learning and Development is amazing here- they train you for a couple weeks and do follow up coaching and shadow sessions to make sure you are being the best you can -You are given the tools you need to succeed for recruitment -Surrounded by the best in the staffing industry honestly. -Everyone is a top performer, which was very surprising -Promotions are merit based - The company will provide you with any device you need to work from home including a rolling chair and standing desk

      Cons

-KPIs are monitored and released daily from talk times and # of phone calls, to meetings about your commitments for the week. Can come off a bit as micromanaging but is probably done because we are all working remote. -When booking candidates, the cost of background checks and fingerprinting comes out of your commission, can really suck especially if the staff drops out -Sometimes your team lead can be very busy, but your surrounding team will be right there to lean back on -You have to make a presentation before each promotion - A lot of staff have VP in their titles, can get a bit confusing

      Ambition, Adventure, Accountability

      Pros

The culture code actually means something here. People are aligned to the 3 As both in and out of the office. People here are extremely motivated and invested in building their business and they have high expectations of each other. Its a very fast-paced environment and you can learn something from most everyone. You get out of it, what you put into it. Collaboration is a core part of GQR and its what makes our top recruiters perform at the level they do - but if you are competitive and don't understand the structure, it can be difficult to adjust, if you are someone who can maintain a low ego, not be afraid to put yourself out there, ask for help, and build relationships with collaborators - you will find this job super fulfilling. If you just want this job to be 9-5 and you don't want to go the extra mile, don't come to GQR.

      Cons

Everyone wants to earn money, and says they will work hard, but you don't truly know what hard work and perseverance looks like until you start at GQR. Comparison is the thief of joy - and especially for those in the first 8-16 months when you are ramping up: it can be hard to see other people who know the GQR way and understand the platform do well, while you go through the learning curve of ramping up.

      Pros

      None I can think of.

      Cons

Horrible management who are out of their depth. Constant BS, just look at one of the founders bio's utter nonsense. Bro like culture, feels like a firm which is staffed entirely of the worst frat house guys you could think of. Lied about equity which was coming then never delivered. The worst recruitment firm I have ever worked for, massive unjustified ego's for being distinctly average in the market.
