My team mates I had unfortunately were too mean.There was at that time a group of people who were working in that organization for a long time to not share knowledge to new comers.They would hijack the work of new comers and project it as their own,boss around and throw their weight. Management looked helpless despite knowing the fact that no person was ever willing to share knowledge.Pathetic seniors Happy to have come out of the cauldron. No work life balance Pre-production and production deployments happen on Saturdays and Sundays and you invariably end up working on almost all weekends
