    Pros

Great HR department - any issues they sort gladly. Wonderful people - very supportive of each other. Challenging working environment but great IT support when you need it. Fabulous, cheap staff restaurant. Free parking at HQ. Good Management - very supportive. Clean, warm offices - although the air-con has a mind of its own - take a jacket for the mornings and a pair of swimming trunks for the afternoons. Working from home available - and the systems work. Good communication from HR and Management team. On site GYM and showers for the runners - good running track along the river and canal and many people do run.

    Cons

There are none... Parking can be a problem The use Microsoft teams across - not the best platform for team communication GW are a relatively new PLC - so still learning . .
