I think the leadership at Gannett is making their best effort to be transparent about the finances, goals and strategies of the company. I appreciated their honesty. I especially liked their DEIB efforts. I was very involved in the Employee Resource Groups and the mentoring programs and found them to be very valuable.

Cons

It's a news media company. The news media industry as been downsizing for years. I think Gannett is doing it's level best to beat the odds. I hope they do.
