    I worked at Gap full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    The supervisors and coworkers are so helpful and kind. I had great pay and great incentives when you had mandatory overtime during Christmas season.

    Cons

    Some of the rules contradict themselves, and it makes it confusing when you're trying to help the customer. You also get a lot of calls for the brand credit card, which you have to transfer to the credit card line...which usually irritates the customer.

    does not tell you when your contact is up but 2 days prior. no heads up. was let go with great numbers and working overtime hours constantly.
