    Open office culture, no hierarchical boundaries, flexible timings, cross functional synergies.

    Pros

    Great place to start a career. Has a diverse culture and the dress code is casual.

    Cons

    Very slow with promotions. Can get quite political.

    I have been working at Gap full-time

    Pros

    Strong leadership team after changes were made in late 2019/early 2020. The company seems to have it's priorities in line to capitalize on the assets that Gap has to regain large amounts of market share in the categories they're most known for.

    Cons

    The systems we use are outdated and challenging to use

    The management, the pay, the hours were not supposed to be full time, and it was pretty petty
