1. The workload and a day may vary from time to time. You may have to put in extra hours when your work needs it but i think that is the time when your skill grows. 2. Your shift timing may vary from project to project.

I joined the QA (Quality Assurance) team at Gemini in April. 2021. Within a short span of 2 years, I got trained and was able to work on a variety of tools, including Selenium, UiPath, JMeter, Grafana, and our internal frameworks/tools like Gemjar, Gempyp and Jewel Dashboard. We are constantly doing POCs on tools and processes to efficiently ensure product quality and functionality. My team emphasizes continuous learning and knowledge sharing with peers. One of the strengths of my company/team is the supportive environment. I've always felt comfortable seeking assistance from colleagues and managers. The workplace not only fosters values like teamwork but also supports their teammates in times of need. Our team has consistently supported me, and I've always had access to valuable knowledge and the freedom to voice my opinions without fear. I've been recognized for my dedication through events like "Thank You Thursdays," where team members acknowledge those who have aided them. Additionally, I was considered for an onsite opportunity that is mostly provided to people with 3-4 years of experience. The QA team at Gemini Solutions values work-life balance, allowing flexible work hours and encouraging employees to prioritize their health and personal time. Occasional team-building activities provide breaks and promote enjoyment at work.
