      Pros

Good salary, good holidays, flat hierarchy....the entire departmental staff report to the department head.

      Cons

Management keeps recruiting on one side and keeps firing on other side both go hand in hand throughout the year.No stability whatsoever. Constantly changing expectations from management. Big changes made in organizational structure on a very frequent basis. Education business is run with profit motive resulting in squeezing of resources from investments, from employees and also from students / parents. Overall stress levels of employees are very high and it affects the health of employees.
