I have worked with Several companies but Gencosys is the company support me in teems of learning, support & financially. I really appreciate the MD of Gencosys. He is a great gentleman. During the time of pandemic still I was happy with my job and my family because of Gencosys only. At Gencosys you can work in flexible way if you will actually work hard with honesty.
Cons
I don't think there is any cons except the single one about the office branch in Gujrat. Like if there will be any branch in Ahmedabad Gujrat I don't need to relocate myself to UP.

The salary is something not good as compared to other MNC's like infosys, tcs... But I am happy to improve my self.
