while it lasted.. had plenty of work for the 20 year i was there

Company shut down. CEO placed personal priority over companys. The company was sold. than the company slowly was broken down. Everyone was laid off

None. The only benefit they advertise is the cycle to work scheme and when I asked about it they said it wasn’t running at the minute and they wouldn’t know when it would be.
Cons
- Feel like you’ve loads of managers, people there a few weeks before you will act like they’re your boss. - very long days (11 hour shift) can be left with nothing to do for hours no one asks to see how you’re getting on - absolutely no training provided whatsoever just expected to know what to do from watching other people -because of no training provided you are left to teach new people what to do with no bonus or recognition - feel like you’re being watched all the time -horrible atmosphere
