Working as much overtime as I liked. They promote very quickly. The managers there are very open mined and they would stick their necks out for you if you are a quality worker.

The pay rate. when I started off in shipping in receiving, there where times when we got loads that were overturned by the driver, we had to get on them trailers and fix the load as best as we could, but we were not allowed to take tips.
