Pros

* Salary on time * Friendly co workers * Good food * Projects are good

Cons

* CEO is an unstable person who likes micromanagement, he humiliates and fires anyone whenever he pleases. * CEO and CTO are immature, irrational and are habitual liars. * CTO forces people to work late hours without any overtime since he practically works day and night, lives in the office building and has no social life. * CTO is highly incompetent person with no technical skills and does not listen to technical reasoning. * Employees are fired instantly without any reason without giving 1 month notice or 1 month pay. They have no KPI mechanisms. * HR is useless and has practically no control as all decisions are made by upper management. * Leaves are only approved by CTO/CEO, you have to explain proper reasons (even personal) for taking leaves, similar is the case for work from home. * They recently changed their company name from "RNS Solutions", you can also see their previous reviews.

Pros

- Salary is paid on time - Fresh and healthy food is served, even three times in some cases - Fair hiring policies - Exciting and friendly workplace environment - Growth rate is much higher than competitors, but you’ll have to have fight for it (not an actual fist fight😂) - Events and team building activities are organized on a regular basis

Cons

- Micromanagement from CEO - The whole management; starting from CEO, CTO, COO and HOD PMO are all pathological liars, their statements can never be trusted even in written form - They lie, not only to the employees but to their clients as well, the CTO hides the actual progress of the project in client calls - CTO is an incompetent individual for the job at hand, he listens to the other person but never truly understands what they are talking about and would react by completely changing the topic or making fun of the person, something that you least expect from a CTO of a company - Most of the times, the CTO does not even know the tasks they are assigning to other resources - Very unfair leave application policies, that the company is not able to finalize even after 3-4 years of being operational - Everything the management does for employee’s betterment is basically a social media gimmick and is promoted to the extent that employees are asked/encouraged to repost posts from the company’s profile on their personal social media profiles - Pathetic retention policies, no one in the management is mature or experienced enough to work WITH an employee to retain them and HR never works as a mediator between the employees and owners rather HR reps are merely typists in such meetings - CEO is too vested in company’s social image rather than what’s actually been going on in the company - Employees are not given the respect they deserve by the management and are treated or assumed to be kids
