You can work during your free time. No minimum hours per day required. And the pay is fair.

Genext Students is an organization full of growth opportunities. The superiors at the company are extremely down to earth and full of motivation. Here you can actually find opportunities to explore your ideas and implement the same.It's quite a tech oriented company and is progressing swiftly. This company definitely has a healthy competitive work environment.

I have personally not faced any issues as such because all the problems use to get addressed and resolved on priority basis but yes I would definitely suggest to look into full-day off rather than half-day on Saturdays.
