Only company to work in an industrial drought stricken Kolkata

Worst work culture, employees interfere too much in each other's personal life, enormous workload, meagre pay which makes the management to feel insecure that the employees might leave the organisation, long working hours & micro-management, no extra pay like shift allowance, sometimes senior managers & AVPs ask for bribes from entry level workers like "use your debit card to buy me a drink", no captive processes.
