Great work culture Probably the best work life balance in the industry I got to work under multiple managers, the fact that all were friendly and considerate speaks volumes about the work culture The work environment brought out the best in me and kept me fully motivated and passionate through out my stay You will have a lot of freedom to experiment The work gives you a sense of purpose and you feel you are part of the big picture

Genpact transport will make you go mad. You will not get shuttles on time and have to struggle like local buss. Which feels like oven. After shift you will wait for an hour and Cab will be Like Bahari Mudrika( City Bus) which takes you all over Delhi NCR. They will plan wort route for employee delight.
