Pros

Honestly there are very little pros. The benefits aren’t the best and the people are very rude (excluding a few very nice people). 90% of the people are not kind.

Cons

Rude staff, low pay, terrible benefits, extreme workload, and no appreciation.

Pros

Many nice people, including partners in managerial roles Laidback culture Reasonable billable hour requirements Nice offices Decent benefits

Cons

If you notice certain practice groups are always hiring, there is a reason for it and it's usually not a good one. Make sure to ask about turnover and not to believe sales pitches that seem too good to be true. There are some great partners to work for at Germer, but there are also terrible ones that churn through associates with little to no regard for other people. Go in with your eyes wide open.
