- There is a great company culture with everyone having similar values and the desire to achieve the best results - The team are great. Having started only a few months ago I felt part of the team straight away. Everyone was super welcoming and made it easy to ask questions or for help when I needed it. - Weekly training sessions, both within your team and department, mean that you are able to constantly improve and develop your skills. - Managers have a genuine interest and care for each individual on their team. Weekly 1-2-1's and training sessions mean that they are always helping you to develop in your role and support you. - There is always a great vibe in the office, everyone is always friendly and there is no divide between teams or departments!

Really quick interview process from the first call with the internal recruiter on a Monday a decision made by the Friday! So far: - A really great company culture that hire people for more than just "work hard -play hard" mentality - Starting mid-pandemic I wasn't sure what to expect but I felt part of my team straight away - Managers seem genuinely interested in their teams input to keep improving on themselves - It's nice to have joined a fast growing company who are keeping hold of their core values - Having left my previous role looking for a work/life balance this is a definitely a company that want their employees to make the most of their time outside of work! My role doesn't require any evening and weekend work in order to be able to achieve the goals set

Pros

- Working with the last technologies and solving really different problems can be a challenge but it's really rewarding. Definitely a great place to grow and improve. - Really nice people to work with, always open to share their knowledge or have a beers. - Free coffee and biscuits, and more than often lunch, cakes, etc.... - Barbeques in the roof terrace when the weather allows it.

Cons

Having a lot free biscuits can make you to win some kilograms if you don't have a strong mind.

Pros

I have had the opportunities to work within two areas of GetAgent, this has taught me so much about Sales and the Property and Technology industries. The team are so supportive, inspiring and nurturing. I enjoy working at GetAgent every day, and find it very rewarding and exciting to be a part of a growing start-up business.

great/ supportive/ approachable management team - they really go the extra mile to see you do well. Chris Manderson and Zain Akhtar are brilliant managers training sessions one on ones - they are committed to your improvement as an individual office dog kitchen fully snacked up gorgeous office space good work-life balance, everyone at the company is super nice and friendly

hard work - but there is ample opportunity for anyone willing to work for it
