      Pros

      Fast paced exciting research environment. You get to do some very cool bench research. My skills definitely grew from working here.

      Cons

      Some of the managers are insane! Poor benefits, three sick days a year (they want you chained to your desk), no raises. Extremely high turnover, at one point the turnover was 25% for the entire company!

      Remote work option is nice.

      Poor internal communications combined with remote work is a recipe for disaster. Senior leadership is anything but leaders.

      Pros

      Remote work in most cases is an option. Insurance benefits are adequate.

      Cons

      Very few people in senior roles are strong leaders. CEO is a poor decision maker and frequently changes strategy of the company. Compensation practices at senior executive level are hard to justify given results. Ability to achieve goals of the company are in question because of the issues pointed out above.
