What are your colleagues talking about?

Too many negatives to waste my time typing
3 Feb 2023 - Health and Life Administrator in Covington, LARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
None but if I had to choose one… Remote work sometimes offered
Cons
Over worked, underpaid, horrible work/life balance (and that’s pretty sad when your job is fully remote from home), extremely micromanaged (to the point that it affects the employee’s production numbers and accuracy bc we are interrupted constantly with random questions from managers to look back and describe what happened a week ago and why you had a file open for over 5 minutes… etc)

New senior management, new policies and changes.

Great company with a growing entrepreneurial focus.
16 Nov 2022 - SalesRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
The flexible work environment and support of colleagues is exceptional. Training and development is a growing focus and I’ve never felt like I’ve been “out on an island” by myself. Colleagues are ready to to assist. Great work / life balance.
Cons
If anything, the fact most colleagues are remote can sometimes be viewed as a negative. While communication as a whole through the organization is good, getting together in person a bit more would improve communication.

Pros
Great benefit package and great team to work for
Cons
I don’t believe that they were cons just needed a few improvements
- Current Employee★★★★★
It’s a good company to work for.

Get to work from home.
Cons
They do not pay a high salary for beginners.
- Former Employee, more than 8 years★★★★★
Great Culture- low pay
30 Jul 2022 - Senior Account Manager in Covington, LARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Low premium benefits, great wellness program
Cons
Promotions slim unless you know someone. Promote people outside of the department to supervise teams that they do not know anything about that type of business. Training is not good and it is learn as you go because everyone is trying to keep up with the workload. Too much work for one person to handle but they do not care. They will continue to inquire why are things behind when the person is struggling to stay afloat.

Management bureaucracy with little room for major advancement.
- Former Employee★★★★★

- Current Employee, more than 5 years★★★★★

People are friendly and welcoming.
Cons
Salary is below the base for most positions. Advancement or job change doesn't include compensation increase, or if any is there it is minimal.

Amazing Company that Really Cares
19 Apr 2022 - Human Resources Generalist III in Covington, LARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Amazing Work/Life Balance with a positive workplace atmosphere. This company does not just advertise that they care about the employees they actually live this everyday. They believe that family is the most important thing and allow you to work a flex schedule or remotely if need be. They also offer free wellness courses from yoga and meditation to financial wellbeing. This organization is truly a pleasure to work at and the people are great to work with!
Cons
No cons at all and absolute amazing place to work!
