Great exposure, direct interaction with the top management,.

Cons

Little value add to the profile, even after couples of percipience. No concept of proper training, though there is a training period but it's superficial. No importance is given to one's engineering discipline. A electrical engineer can be given a mechanical engineer's profile or a mechanical engineer can be given a ceramic engineers profile. Anything is possible, so if you want to pursue in the filed in which you have completed B.E./B.Tech you might get disappointed. Very little scope to use your brain. Irresponsible and rude supporting teams, let it be the canteen staffs, bus drivers, or even HRs. Indifferent and unprofessional HRs, rarely one can find a HR with MBA back ground. Extreme difference between the 'Culture an values' propagated and what actually exists.

Supportive colleagues, good work environment, great brand image. Great exposure in the market. Work life balance can be maintained. Great place to work.

Cons

HR is horrible. They are not helpful at all. They are laid back and dont even bother to reply to mails. They will not support you at all. They are just spoiling the company image. Also salary is very low.

Nice learning platform for new comers and technical students. The Culture and top management behavior towards employees was excellent and employee care and systems was well maintained.

Cons

The salary structure to be modified in terms market standards and Cost of living.
