Great people out on the field crew

Most of the people working there were very smart, clever, open minded.

Sometimes weird politics. You have to be completely 'self-sufficient' and grow on your own - forget about trainings or whatsoever.

The traveling was nice, change of scenery per job location made it fun. Benefits where good, in the case of key personnel for every two days you worked you got one day paid off.

Cons

Vibe technician was salary based, you would work 7 days a week for 16 hour days. The crew mentality was more like a dictatorship. There where a lot of double standards within the crew or “party” most of the office personnel of a crew where either life long friends or close family members. Being out of town “captive worker” you had no way of getting ahold of HR if an issue came about. Mostly everything was handled through the party leader.
