- A good start for your career where you can get an opportunity to learn new technologies.(Only learning and no project experience) - You get to learn multiple technologies. - Helping and supporting colleagues. You can rely on your team members where they can help you to understand things or fix if you are stuck in anything. - Annual trips to goa (impacted by pandemic at the moment.) - Perks of having quarterly team budgets for team party's. - You can come in casuals mon-fri.

- Don't complain about projects. You ain't getting it anytime sooner. And so you not getting hike too because you were not on project and its not their fault; it's yours's that they didn't had project. lol :) (excuse for not giving hike) - Don't ask for promotion too based on your skills and experience. If they want they will promote else they won't. - You will be given false hopes about projects and appraisals. - Management doesn't care what you say. They will do whatever they want.
