Pros

Relatively good salary (though the company pays no taxes for you), it is possible to work remotely, from home.

Cons

The management presses the employees to work long overtime hours, there is no work/life balance at all. On weekends and in the evenings the employee is expected to monitor email and be available at all times. No travel allowance is paid, though the employees are required to travel. It is very difficult to get vacations. The employees never say "no" to the management team, and if some of them do, they get fired.

Pros

- Remote environment - Flexible schedules - Paid holidays & paid sick leave - Opportunities for travel - Paid trainings - Multi-cultural

Cons

- The team is in multiple time zones and this requires early morning or late evenings for meetings from time to time - Company could have a better review process to help people give/get feedback
